1. What's Covered

If a module doesn't do what its listing describes, we can't get it working on your store even with support's help, or you simply change your mind, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no detailed justification required.

2. How to Request One

Email [email protected] with your PayPal order ID or receipt. We aim to confirm every refund request within 2 business days.

3. What Happens Next

• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Your Composer repository access and license for that module are revoked once the refund is issued.
• If you've already integrated the module into a live store, please uninstall it once your refund is confirmed.

4. What's Not Covered

• The 30-day window applies to your initial purchase, not to subsequent annual renewals of an existing license.
