At BluePrint3D Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit blueprint3d.dev or contact us.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our website, we may collect the following data:

• Contact Information: Your name and email address when you submit an inquiry through our contact form or the care plan enquiry form, plus the store details you give us on that form (store address, Magento version, hosting).
• Communication Data: The contents of any messages you send to us.
• Order Details: When you buy a care plan or hourly help, your name, email address, store address, Magento version and anything you tell us about your store, so we can review it and provide the service. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see your card details.
• Store Watch: If you sign up, your email address, your store's address, and the results of the checks we run on it (uptime, health check results, the outside scripts and expiry dates we find). Check history is kept for 100 days. Choosing "Stop everything" on your status page deletes all of it straight away.
• Technical Data: Basic IP addresses and browser configurations automatically collected by our hosting infrastructure for standard security and site performance.
• Usage Data (only if you accept analytics cookies): Which pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and general device, browser and approximate location information, collected through Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

We only use your personal data to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide technical or customer support.
• Discuss potential bespoke development, Magento module support or a care plan, including reviewing the store you tell us about.
• Run the Store Watch checks you signed up for and email you the alerts and monthly reports.
• Ensure the security and performance of our website.
• Understand, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages and tools they use, so we can improve the site (only with your consent).

We do not use your data for automated marketing newsletters, nor do we sell it to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Our website is self-hosted on our own server infrastructure (Google Cloud). Contact form submissions and license/receipt emails are sent via Resend, and payments are processed by PayPal (including card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via PayPal). We recommend reviewing Resend's Privacy Policy and PayPal's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure visits to this site. Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_…, kept for up to 2 years) are only set if you click Accept in the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies.

If you reject or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive a basic, cookieless signal that a page was viewed, without identifying you, which helps estimate total visits. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again; you can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

The Etsy & eBay fee calculator works entirely in your browser; the figures you type into it are never sent to us or to Google. The product data checker, the Magento store health check and the SEO & indexing check send the web address you enter to our server, which requests that public page (and, for the health and SEO checks, a few other public addresses on the same site, such as robots.txt and the sitemap) to read it. We don't store the address or the results. To prevent abuse, we keep a count of checks per visitor for up to an hour, recorded against a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself.

5. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)

Under UK data protection law, you have rights including:

• Access: The right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
• Rectification & Erasure: The right to ask us to rectify inaccurate information or erase your personal information completely.
