This agreement applies to BluePrint3D Ltd extensions obtained through the Adobe Commerce Marketplace, whether sold or offered free of charge (“the Software”). By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.

1. Grant of License

Subject to obtaining the Software through the Adobe Commerce Marketplace, including payment of any applicable price or an active subscription where the Software is sold, BluePrint3D Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one production Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source installation, together with any number of non-production copies of that installation (development, staging and testing) used solely to support it. A single installation may serve any number of websites, stores and store views.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title and intellectual property in the Software, including its code, architecture, graphics and documentation, remain the exclusive property of BluePrint3D Ltd. You may modify the Software for your own use on the licensed installation; modifications remain subject to this agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not allow any third party to:

• Copy, distribute, sub-license, lease, sell or otherwise make the Software or its source code available to any third party, including through public code repositories.
• Resell, repackage or redistribute the Software, modified or unmodified, as part of any product, extension, theme or service.
• Use the Software on more installations than this license covers.
• Remove or alter any copyright or legal notices in the Software.

4. Updates & Support

Where the Software is sold, while your purchase or subscription is active, you are entitled to updates released through the Adobe Commerce Marketplace and to technical support by email at [email protected]. If a subscription ends, you may continue to use the last version you installed while it was active, but are no longer entitled to further updates or support.

Where the Software is offered free of charge, updates are provided through the Adobe Commerce Marketplace as they are released, and email support is provided at [email protected] on a reasonable-efforts basis.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall BluePrint3D Ltd be liable for any claim, damages, lost profits or other liability arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Nothing in this agreement limits any rights you have under the terms of the Adobe Commerce Marketplace or applicable consumer law.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
